Stambaugh Jewelers exists to satisfy our customers. Unless otherwise specified your purchase may be returned or exchanged withing 30 days of original purchase date, to the original purchaser, with the original sales receipt. The refund will be given in the same tender as original purchase, except in case of cash payment, which will be refunded by check only. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit or exchange only. Any item that shows visible use or wear, or has been altered in any way is automatically ineligible for refund or exchange. The item must include any literature, booklets, and original gift box that accompanied the item when purchased at the time of the return or exchange. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash. Our 30 return policy for December purchases will be extended to January 25 th of the next calendar year.
RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS
Exceptions to our return policy for items that are custom made for the wearer, which is known as a "Special Order". A Special Order is any item not currently "in stock" that is ordered per your request. For online purchases, Stambaugh Jewelers accepts returns 30 days from the date of delivery. Before sending the item back, you must obtain a pre-approved Refund Authorization number (RA#) and include this number with your item. Sale items, special orders, completed layaways, modified or custom pieces may not be returned or exchanged. Stambaugh Jewelers offers expedited services on your purchase.
Free USPS Priority Mail on any Jewelry Purchase of $200 or more. USPS Priority Mail Express for $26.35 Purchases made by 2:00 p.m. eastern time will be shipped the same day.

SHIPPING TO ALTERNATE ADDRESSES
Each Stambaugh Jewelers shipment is fully insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Since a signature is required, orders may be delivered to your place of work or another more convenient destination. In order to protect our clients against fraud, these alternate addresses need to be confirmed with your credit card or financing institution. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate address.

You will receive a purchase confirmation via e-mail once your credit card information has been verified and authenticated. You can expect our in-stock items to ship the same or next day. Special orders require additional time for processing and cannot ship same day. You can expect your special order to arrive on average 3 to 5 weeks. (Subject to change)
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
